Born in Taiwan, Sunny Hsiju Hu moved to America at the age of eight. In high school, she was invited to a youth outreach at a local church. While worshipping at the outreach, the Holy Spirit awakened her to the love she has always longed for but didn’t know how to find. Since becoming a believer, God has used every hardship she faced, from her parent’s divorce to immigrating to America, to speak into teenager’s lives, stirring them on fire for Christ.
Sunny is a passionate worship leader, songwriter, teacher and preacher. She is currently a full-time forerunner and intercessor at the International House of Prayer (IHOP) in Kansas City, Missouri in America. Her passion is to see this generation completely captivated and violently in love with a God who knows how to weep and laugh.
