So I’m gearing up to leave for an extended ministry trip to Asia again this summer. Though this trip is seemingly similar to my last year’s trip, there’s a drastic difference that the Lord has done in my heart. Rather than using my own strength and desires to pave the way to Asia, God set everything up this time. Even before leaders at IHOP approached me about talking to the directors of Incubator Ministries , the House of Prayer in Hong Kong commissioned by Mike Bickle, I had a dream hinting toward an open door in Hong Kong.
With these small increases of prophetic history in my own life, situations where I waited upon God for His desires for my life to be released (mostly because He kindly disciplined me to wait rather than take things into my own hands), I’m beginning to hunger even more for the evidence of God’s divine orchestration in my life. I want to know what Jesus is thinking about, what He is praying for in order to join forces with Him and strategically live my life from God’s vantage point rather than depending on my own finite perspective and limited strengths, or should i say weaknesses (haha). Though many times waiting on God to break in can be wearisome at first, in the end when the fire falls upon those logs that you’ve just soaked through with 12 large buckets of water, you bet your knickers that the show is much more intriguing than fabricating any type of fireworks from your own two hands (1 Kings 18:33-35).
Jesus, You freaking ROCK!
